300mg Deca/wk
500mg Enth/wk
200mg Prop/wk
200mg Eq/wk


Week 1-6

30mg dbol/day (1-2 days off per week)


Followed by the usual post cycle therapy with clomid and nol. and aromasin as the anti e's during and after cycle.

I like the eth and prop mix. However, I don't like the deca/eq. Your doses are backwards. I would go with 400eq and if you need the deca for your joints add it in at 100-200. Not sure why your takinging days off with the dbol, but again I personally would run it straight thru.

I like the eq deca combo, contrary to popular beliefe they do not inhibit the same receptor therefor u will see gains from both
