it is the right! i'm ambidexterous so it's not so bad. i'm the lefty admin at sbi! :D

i asked the doc what caused it and what could i do to prevent it and he said it's from a number of factors. over traing could be one etc. there's no way to pervent it or so he says. i have to go on what he says now huh.

just sounds like an odd movement I squated 700+lbs yet put my back and hip out walking up steps and turning corner.

since I go at 3 am, I don't have to wait for jack squat! but you can tell the new years newbies when they come in. most of them don't last..

it's very weird. The doc asked me if i had any warnings like stiations near the elbow. Nothing. i did a full workout too. i did shoulders and threw in shrugs. nothing unusual.

When i had my club i saw that most people would come in at peak time. The hard cores alway came in a little later.

It definitely sucks this time of the year at any major gym...I wish people just wouldn't even try sometimes...lol. It screws it up for all of us that go day in day out all year long.

notice everyone benches on Mondays it seems I can always find a squat rack building dust.

Monday is international chest day...didn't you know that. :)

I usually switch up the routine so I don't do chest that day.
