YEah, i would use the MC ephedrine hydrocloride with some caffeine tabs and a baby aspirin. Or you could use the liqi-Clen. Both work MUCH better that stacker.

Do you do any powerlifting movements in your routine??? If not this will help put size on ya. Things like 4 board press, rack pulls, deads, squats, etc.
 
need2know, what would you like the results to be of a first cycle? In other words, what are you looking to accomplish physically? Also on a scale of 1-10 how much physical risk do you feel youd be willing to chance? In my opinion this will make it much easier to help you out with a diet/exercise/as program.
 
I would hope to see a pretty noticable difference since im willing to take the next step. Maybe add 15or so lsof muscle? And cut some fat. Physical risks? I would say a 5?
 
I can see you already know your way around the gym. For diet shoot for 4,000 calories or more of high protein low fat / low carbs. When you have to give one up, give up the fat over carbs due to its conversion factor. To make things very simple, Sustanon at 500mgs./wk for 10 weeks should easily get you there. 2-250mg. bi-weekly will yeild better results due to the esters. Should have no need for anti-e's. Shouldn't gain alot of water. And should be pretty easy on your body. You can also pick up your training time if needed because the extra hormones will allow for it.

Adding more test / and or pills takes your water retention and side effects up. There are many people here more knowledgable than I but you can research and make up your own mind.

First off never reccomend someone new to this to use Sust. Stick with a single test like enth or cyp. Next, water retention doesnt have to be a probelm if youtake the proper preacautions. Finally, i def recommend you take an anti-e when on exp since this is your first time and you have absolutely NO idea how sensitive you are.

All the reasearch in the world wont tell you how YOUR body will react to the gear you put in you. It will give ideas of sides that you may encounter but everybody is diff.

And as for your gains, thats dictated by YOUR DIET.
 
I would never reccomend someone take AS in the first place. Its only my opinion that sus is a cleaner ride than enth or cyp. Like I said, you guys know more than I. I just figured the fast action of the blend combined with the low dosed longer esters would be good for someone who doesn't want to much risk or water. I personally am not a fan of those toxic 50mg. pills for getting a heads up early and enth or cyp takes a little while to get going.

need2know, thats a good idea. I don't have experience with much usage at all. I do have a little chemistry and anatomy background however. There's much more experience here than me I just noticed hardly no-one was answering your question. At least we got your research going in the right direction. Let us know what you find out.
 
How a bout plain Dbol? That may the best i can get. I mean is there some kind of scale of potency? Is all the andro type stuff still out there somewhere? A lot of this is way over my head.
