what i would do in this given situation would be leave nolva for now use letro @ 1-2.5 mg ed once done with the cycle , then start nolva @ 60 mg ed but would still suggest to use raloxifene over nolva imho , u can try bumping the dose of nolva and see how it works , again blood work would really help imo
are u running only test cycle or any other compounds ?

test and deca cycle-1.2 G of test and 300 mg of deca week

this is a mild cycle compared to what I have ran in the past

well again i would suggest blood work coz it might be prolactin induced from deca i know the dose of deca is on the lower side , with blood work results guessing game would be over and u could go for the best protocol and avoid surgery , your deca might be overdosed overdosed stuff are rare these days but who knows lol

yeah if ur lump is still spongy as u said dorian then your still ok bro, it can go away, but i would use no less the 40mg nolva daily for 2 weeks then down it
