here is a pic i took at the gym. Its poor quality, but whatever. You can see im getting a lot leaner.
 
still dont have the greatest abs. Im a little bit off from this pic. I've been carbing up a bit more... maybe to much. Im up to about 300 grams, which doesnt seem like a diet at all.
 
thats not a diet. why did you up your carbs? i suggest you carb cycle. 100 carbs a day for three days, then 300 carbs for one day, then repeat.
 
look good bro....compared it to the other pic u uploaded awhile back.....u've lost a whole lot of bodyfat bro.....also its all about the lighting with all those bright lights etc....lookin real gud bro keep it up.....kinda got me hyped to try dnp lol
 
well his pecs stick out further than his stomach and thats always a good thing. lol. arms look more defined too.

I lost a ton of weight in 1 month. Im only 10lbs above the lowest body weight i feel comfortable with. Im still only about half way through my cycle. I just wanted to see the effects of dnp while on more carbs. So i went from 100grams to 300grams. I tried it for a week.

Im not real happy with the results of 300 grams. I did start to see my strength return, but all the fat loss stopped. I still felt lethargic.

Im returning to 100 grams of carbs till i hit my lowest body weight. Then im getting of the dnp.

try not to get caught up with numbers, what matters is the mirror. carb cycling helps you retain strength and muscle while simultaneously burning fat and preventing the plateauing of either.
 
Good work bro. Im in the process of leaning out after finally hitting a goal weight of 250. Chest finally hit 50 too. I know this isn't great for most of the guys here but i wore a 40 jacket about 4 years ago.
