I lost a ton of weight in 1 month. Im only 10lbs above the lowest body weight i feel comfortable with. Im still only about half way through my cycle. I just wanted to see the effects of dnp while on more carbs. So i went from 100grams to 300grams. I tried it for a week.
Im not real happy with the results of 300 grams. I did start to see my strength return, but all the fat loss stopped. I still felt lethargic.
Im returning to 100 grams of carbs till i hit my lowest body weight. Then im getting of the dnp.
