I usually hold on just for balance, because I'm always looking all over the place while I'm walking.
I mainly do the threadmill, and I do intervals of incline levels 3, 7, and 12. I change the incline every three min. The speed is like a power walk, 3mph or higher. The most important thing is to NEVER hold on while walking!

well bro, your making some big time improvements.. i would say your upper half is big enough to compete with almost anyone in any national level show. I would like to see a bit more sweep to the quads, but they are coming along...I think this year, though....your gonig to suprise alot of people...and be on the up and up in the NPC this year. I predict that you will be in Flex as one of the guys on the rise section after you do a national level show (USA, North American or Nats) ... Just keep at it...your time will come. I have believed in ya, since you first came on to the site...now is your time...BELIEVE !!!
