That's funny because it's true. You won't have to do anything fancy to win
realy? do you think thats common chris?
what show are you doing ?
warm up shows ?
well what I mean is a do a show, then next weekend off, then do another show...I think I do really better that way. Give's you 14 days to make the improvements you need to do better the next show. But, you got to be in shape in the first place. You can drop some bodyfat in 14 days (more like 10 days, then final 3-4 days to drop water, and carb up again) but if you out of shape then you prob will need a good 3-4 weeks apart to make the improvments to do well. Its really up to the person on what they like best, cause some people hate to diet longer than the first show. I personally like to diet about an extra month or so to make the improvements. Plus come in fuller, and harder, maybe a tad heavier...
Ok, here we go. Will be prep for the Jr. USA's in May, 20 weeks out, but will do 2 local shows on the way. Just spoke with my trainer and ready to get started. First thing is I did my measurements:
Weight: 284lbs
Arms: 21 1/4 inches
Legs: 29 inches
Calves: 18 1/2 inches
Chest: 54 inches (relaxed)
Diet:
400 high carb days
200 low carb days
400 protein
Cardio:
30 min. 5 days a week
Drugs:
Test
EQ
T-Bol
HGH
Insulin
just wondering why no tren?
nuk with your cardio, you stay low intensity and long duration thruout? or how do you adjust it as you go along?
I mainly do the threadmill, and I do intervals of incline levels 3, 7, and 12. I change the incline every three min. The speed is like a power walk, 3mph or higher. The most important thing is to NEVER hold on while walking!
Still about 18 weeks out, right? Are you intending to lose so much weight so early in the diet?
why never hold on?
When you hold on it makes it easier, and your heart rate drops. You are just cheating yourself when you hold on.
