Is there any reason or would it be a waste to take celebrex at the same time as AS like Deca and test

unless u have issues with you kidneys you should be fine. Stick to 200mgs to 400mgs max ed. Do not take anything else for pain besides that. IE advil, alieve. You can take tylonol if you need to, but do take to much especailly if your on orals. hope that helps
