Packing on some meat for winter?

Well I slacked off and managed to loose about 40 of my pounds, and some of my overall strength but now that winter is approaching I'm trying to pack on the meat by any means necessary so Ill have plenty to cut down come spring time.
Does anyone have any special advice they can give from personal experience on how best to do this, first here's what I'm already doing I'm 5'11, 210 lbs down from 250, I'm doing a SUS 250, Fina ED Stack and I was chowing down on those yummy vanilla whey shakes from Schwartzlabs, as well as about 2 large stuffed crust pizzas (meat lovers) and everything else I could get. But then my blood pressure started getting out of control so now I've gone to a much cleaner diet just more of it.
I was thinking of adding a unit of slin post workout after my big clean nighttime meal to put on the weight, any suggestions?
 
Yea butter would make my heart explode,
but I like the olive oil suggestion, and I love peanut butter I eat it strait out of the jar.

I really got to make up for alot of slacking off for this weight gaining cycle.
 
i like peanuts too but i have a naturall tendency to gain weight so i can't eat it i'am constatnly wathcing what i eat but to balnce that i never have trouble buliking up .
 
I have a natural tendancy to gain too but the size goals I'm aiming for are a bit extreem, but thats what its all about, BIGGER STRONGER, ECT.

I naturally float around 240-250 Im looking to bulk up off that and then cut it down around spring time.
 
i had to go through hell to get my bf to 13% and i'am looking nicer now trying to cut it down to single digits but that's really hard .
i'am currently 185Lbs i think 178cm .
my bulking is usally two or three weeks of just eating everyhting in site .
 
right now I'm just worried about getting my weight and strength back up Ill worry about body fat once I have packed on the muscle and weight, so come sunmmertime I can go shorts and sleveless into a club,bar, ect and hear ever one mumble under their breath (GOD D4M thay guy is FUCQING HUGE) I love that, and no one but the fine lil girls make eye contact.
 
I'm going to do my bulking all winter, for some reason I plateau at 230 then I have to creep up pound by pound till I get what I concider big enough, but I guess its relative all the ppl I hang out with are huge guys and I cannot let them be bigger than me, that would mess my ego all up :D

At 230 I look scronny I have one of those bone structures that allows me to be large framed, when I was 13 years old I was 180 but now at 230 I look pitiful.
