Here is that video

I checked the link from my computer earlier. It was working at the time. Sorry about that. I am doing the novice for sure. I will leave that option up to Nuknuk. I guess it depends on what he thinks about my progress.

Ok the link is no longer working for me either. Any of you experienced guys out there have any idea why? I loaded it earlier from Facebook. My friend who took the video loaded directly from his phone so that is why I had to get it from there. Like I said it worked earlier from my phone and computer so not sure what the deal is.

Weighed 244 this morning. I thought I looked pretty good this morning. Quads, hams, and butt are sore like crazy this morning so I guess the heavy leg press did some good work yesterday. I have shoulders today. Got my diet plan from Nuknuk last night. So I will be going to the store today to get ready for tomorrow. Looking forward to getting started. He went ahead and bumped my cardio up to 1 hour 6 days a week. So I expect to start trimming down very soon especially with the DNP. Will have my gear within a day or two. So it looks like the time is here and I am ready to lock in now for the next 18 weeks. I am very focused right now and motivated which is a little weird for me this far out. But I have learned in this offseason to focus on the process and not the results because the results will take care of themselves. I used to be a football coach and I always loved this statement and now I guess I am coaching myself. Everything is planned and in place and I think you guys would agree that I couldn't have asked for a better trainer than Nuknuk to help me enter this new phase of my life. That kind of trust goes a long way in being confident that I will be where I need to be come April 13th 2013. I hope you all have a motivating and focused day in whatever your goals may be!!

Ok guys I had a good shoulder workout today. "Enjoyed" my last 40 min cardio session today as starting tomorrow they go to one hour sessions. Talked my wife into celebrating our anniversary tonight instead of Sunday so that we could celebrate that as well as my last supper so to speak. Really didn't have much of a cheat meal but I guess enjoyed someone else preparing my food for the last time for the next 18 weeks. Had a good steak and some potatoes and green beans. Not bad for a cheat meal. Went to grocery store and am all prepared to kick off the diet tomorrow morning. Excited to begin the unveiling of the hard work I have put into my body these last 9 months. When I started my offseason I thought 9 months would take forever, but here we are the night before my diet and I feel like a kid on Christmas eve. Weird I know but I embrace the sufferings because I know the worse off I feel the better my body must be looking. I have to get my body to an uncomfortable state it has never encountered before and I am sure it will fight me all the way. But I will be the victor at the end of this thing. Going to eat my last meal for today and then hit the sack. Will update you tomorrow.

Ok day 1 of the diet. Had meal #1 this morning. Weighed in at 245.8. So I am five pounds from where I wanted to be for today but I will make up for that starting today. Will get another couple meals in before I hit the gym for my second back workout this week. I am looking to get something to easily store my meals in since I will be doing a little traveling over the holidays. Have looked on the Internet and maybe this has been talked about somewhere else. Do you guys recommend a certain thing that has worked well for you during you contest prep? Can't afford to miss even one meal!

Finished the week with a good back workout and 1 hr of cardio. That cardio was no joke. I really started to tire the last 20 min. Overall not a bad day. I have been a little hungry at times because some of the meals have less carbs than my body is used to. Having to adjust is all. Will hopefully sleep well tonight and get a good rest day tomorrow. Will eat and nap for the most part. Watch a little football as well. Always makes for a good Sunday afternoon.

Looking solid brother....posing needs alot of work (but im sure you know that). Nuk is a great guy, and trainer... He knows his stuff....keep at it...Hell, I ask him questions all the time...He is that knowlegable....

He is definitely good. I am just glad I was able to get to know him. We are out of the same area and when I decided I wanted to compete there was no hesitation. He had to be my trainer. I have never posed before and know that it needs much work but Nuknuk says that will come down the road. 18 weeks out today. If these 18 go by as quickly as the last 2 then it will be showtime before I know it.

Enjoying my rest day today. My legs need it after that cardio session yesterday. Feeling hungry today so I am scarfing down my meals like a homeless person! Weighed 245.6 this morning. Will try to nap today and get ready for tomorrow.

Did hamstrings tonight as well as another 30 min cardio session. Tonight I felt like I had no energy. I may have to get some more explosion ffrom prescription nutrition to help with my energy levels as I diet. I just pray my body will make the adjustment necessary and get back to feeling normal for at least a few more weeks. Was not expecting to feel like crap early on. My focus has not wavered so I will stay the course no matter the cost. Hoping to see some changes soon to give me that pep in my step so to speak.

if you feel like crap it's probably something else, i dont think your diet would bother you already

give it a few weeks and you'll start to see the changes and that'll give you some extra motivation as well.

love the videos, might want to just keep it at once at week though this far out. But whatever you feel bro. Will call you tonight.

Had a good back workout today. Felt strong. Did my 1 hour cardio session tonight. Did I ever mention that sucks?! But a necessary evil I guess. Spoke with Nuknuk tonight. He assured me everything is on track and as it should be. We will be changing the diet on January 1st and the cardio as well. Will keep you posted on that.
