I just got back from snowboarding about a month ago and I believe I starined my pec while I was boarding. I didnt feel it till the next morning and it was soar until I got it loosened up and it was like that every day for about a week. So when I got home I waited 2 more weeks to lift again. I was in my second set and noticed it felt like it was a little tight but no pain at all. So I only did one more set which was a mistake because the next day it was hurting in the morning again. So here I am another 2 weeks have gone by and it isnt hurting anymore. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how long I should wait. Or if theres anything else I should do for it.
