i was just wondering what type of penalties people have gotten for getting caught with a small amount (1 cycle for personal use) of AS. ive read people getting fines at border crossings, but what about getting caught from mail order.

it sounds like mail order is treated as a felony and crossing the border is treated merely as a misdemeanor. is this accurate? and why?
