I have been suffering from a shoulder joint injurie and lately its been getting a bit better, but for the last 2 days my pinkei & index finger have been "sleeping/numb" im thinking some nerve or something is causeing it but whould greatly appreciate some input form some of you learned bro's

I would go get a deep tissue massage and see if that helps. Your muscles could be all knotted up.
