Actully she does compete in figure and this year she will compete in a national level show (not sure which one yet) She has been thinking about doing bodybuilding though cause she like to train hard and heavy...And when she does she puts on good muscle...

Yeah looks like she could do bbing as well, my wife (SpanishFly her board name) is like that she has done both as well i think 2 figure and 4 bodybuilding, and won overall once in figure and once in bodybuilding its a fine line between the two but looks like ur wife could do well no matter which she chose to put into, how old is she if she or u dont mind my asking,lmao, my wifes 33

Yeah I remember you from the IM board or the PM board ?

As for training DC no, not right now...I have been training under Phil Hernon for the last few months and he has changed up my training...He uses some things from DC but it very much different...
