Plz help, advice needed on tren cycle!

Hello guys I am new to this forum and don't know much about roids. I gathered some information and ran a cycle. I did a test e cycle for 12 weeks at 500mg/week. I got average results from the cycle. Now I am looking forward to do a tren cycle. I want to gain lean muscle without adding any fat. I want to shed some body fat and add more muscle.

Current Stats :
Age - 21
Weight - 175 lbs
Height - 5.11
Body fat - 13-14%
Training experience - 3 years



The cycle will be as follows :

Testosterone Prop*50mg eod week 1-10

Tren Ace*75mg eod week 1-10 (dosage can be raised up to 100mg eod if the body allows without adverse side effects)

HCG*250iu twice a week week 1-10

PCT –*Post cycle therapy starting one week after my final injection

Clomid*100/50/50/50
Nolvadex*100/100/50/50
 
not to sound like a jerk but your too young to be using anything

also, I wouldn't recommend tren for a second cycle I would save it for later down the road
 
I agree with Dorian, but if you're going to do it that looks pretty good. Tren has some nasty psychological effects so be prepared
 
At what age in your opinion I shud start using these and would u plz recommend what a gud tren test p cycle looks like

I for one think you are about 3 years too young to begin using steroids, and if you are going to do it anyhow, then yeah your cycle plan looks ok, the trenbolone acetate for me is always lower than my testosterone dosage, I know its all the new vogue in fashion shit now to run trenbolone higher than your testosterone, but i think its bullshit:D

And what do you mean by "average results" on your first testosterone cycle? I mean your first cycle of testosterone you should have thought and felt like you had the blood of Zeus coursing through your veins, and felt invincible while adding a shit ton of muscle mass!

so why was it so average?

Welcome to the site and to reiterate a bit you are about 3-4 years too young in my book also. Don't worry about running tren higher run em at the same level and keep it simple. Make sure you have your ai and caber on hand. I would spend a few weeks cranking the cardio and try to get that BF% down before I started the cycle.
 
By average I mean I did the cycle for increasing my muscle size and reducing the body fat. I really enjoyed the time while I was was on cycle but I didn't eat enough calories. I was in a deficit throughout my cycle and did cardio daily as I wanted to lower my body fat.Thats y I found my cycle average. But the strength gains were really awesome.
 
My goal is to have a physique like Hugh Jackman (Wolverine). I know he has many cycles under his belt and I am too young to do the same but what in ur opinion would be the best stack to achieve that physique.

Should I go with test DECA mast or test tren?
 
go to the articles section and do your homework-your first 2 cycles are going to be the productive, don't waste them
 
amen to dorians statement! i put the majority of my overall weight on with my first cycle, and never looked back
 
Although many members have advised u that u may be a frw years too ypung to start seems like u have already made up your mind...i would definitely do more search..u want lean muscle mass...i kinda think everyone wants lean muscle mass... in saying that no cycle is going to give you that on its own and prety much any cycle can get you that when combined with hard consistant training and the right diet... i am about 13weeks into a test.e and decca cycle and i have put on 8kgs while significantly reducing my body fat...keeping calories high whole whole food high protein low fat and cardio 5 days a week combined with heavy lifting...no tren needed... although i have a few cycles under my belt and have been in the bodybuilding game for 17 years i still dont think i am ready for tren...

....just my 2c

Hugh Jackman has his physique and you have what the man upstairs gave you. Chisel away slowly and see what you can do with what you have.
 
Simple cycle 500mgs test.e 300mgs decca each week
I did front load with 1000mgs test 1st week

So, you have a decison to make - recomp (some muscle gain and some weight loss), bulk (muscle gain), or cut (fat loss). What you decide will affect your drug choices to some degree.

HOWEVER, your diet will affect your results a hell of a lot more than drug choices.

Gaining muscle requires calories and protein. Losing fat requires fewer calories and more protein. Tren can help, but not eating correctly will make the cycle a waste.

You want to look like a guy who has been cycling for longer than you have been alive....you need more realistic short term goals.

Post up which of the 3 goals you want, and what your proposed diet is. We can then try to give you a better set of cycle options

My goal for now is to increase my muscle size without adding much fat. I am around 13% body fat and weigh 175 lbs. I train 6 days a week with moderate cardio for 5 days. Diet is pretty much clean and strict.
 
Unless you have amazing genetics... which you don't given you are 175 at your age and after doing one cycle... you need to take a long hard look at your diet. Focus on gaining muscle and not gaining fat... not losing and gaining.. you need to do some serious research on nutrition or better yet hire a trainer or nutritionist. You are training too often... doing too much cardio... and you aren't eating enough... I was nearly 200lbs at 5'9 when I was 18 years old totally clean. Spend some time researching what you are putting into your mouth rather than in a syringe... maybe I'm just narcissistic, but if I needed steroids to look like Hugh Jackman I would take up checkers... or bowling. Spend the drug money on a nutritionist.

I eat about 3200 calories a day and I take enough protein both from my supps and food. If I eat more then I find that I am just gaining weight and not enough muscle which I don't want. So only choice left with me is to be in a deficit. I don't like to bulk up, I try to stay lean and add as much muscle as possible. I know it is a slow process but its better to stay lean and add muscle rather then bulking and then cutting.
