Shoulders yesterday
~seated hammer front raises got up to 55# DB's for 6 (doing drop sets right now, 12, 10, 8, 6) (use to beable to do that for 10)
~seated DB shoulder press with 65's (used to be able to do 90s for 10)
~um side delt where u sit down with back at 45 degree angle and having your hands and DBs behind heel to up in the pouring can of beer position*
with 35s
side raises was nothing special with 20s
~Shrugs went up to 100# Dbs, (I dont do retardedly heavy weight with those anymore bc I get same results with 60-100 as I do with going much higher, minus the spinal compression)
~Rear Delts with cables staying light with 10-15Kg's
 
Chest 2 days ago
~Inclined Db's up to 90's (used to be 110s for 10)
~Hammerstrength Chest press 4 plates on each side (used to be the same for 10, I used to be able to do 5 plates for like 2 on that )
~Flat Bench DB's I went up to 80s, (used to do 100s for 10, I know its weird that I do more on incline but im weird)
~Chest fly machine, (the one where if u sit backwards u can do delts) 195 for 10 (I can go a little higher but not clean, used to be around the same)
 
Biceps
~ 85 on preacher curl with ez bar (if I go any heavier I get forearm splints)
~ 50 Dumb bell on preacher curl holding hammer style (1 arm at a time)
~ 50 DB's for seated supinated curls
~ 110 straight bar (if I go to heavy forearm splints on this as well
~ 42.5 kg per arm on cables going from arms horizontal to curling into ur head
~30 kg on burnout w cables, 1 hand at a time starting in a supinated position w arm downward, and curling to the opposite clavicle

(this weight is based on what im going up to last set of each, doing dropsets)
 
Good log, dude. Glad to see you do more at the gym than start trouble for poor guys who can't help staring at your wife's ass. :laugh:
 
lol Thats right, im coming back with my strength so Im excited to get back where I was 10 months ago, and than hopefully pass it
 
The weights you are using are definitely good. I'm only curling 100 pound barbells. Granted, I only weigh 175.
 
Just plain ole barbell curls. I actually curled 50 pound dumbbells last night, but they pull on my sore shoulder a bit too much.
 
yeah I can do around 135 with those for 10, but the forearm splints are not worth it at all. I weigh like 195 right now but im like 13-14% BF so im a small 195 (5'9") when I get back down to 9%bf I will be alot happier but want to stay aaround 195-200

ROPE PULL DOWN 50kg (where knees r bent, ass out and having arms extended all the way out and up like elbows by eyes, lats fully extended, than pulling down to sides of knees, with feet like 2 inches apart)
LAT PULL DOWN ((Sitting Straight up))90kg
SINGLE HANDED ROWS 50kg ((Sitting straight up))(starting with hand pronated and pulling to side with hand in hammer position)
HIGH ROW 180pounds per hand (done individually)
MTS ROW 220 Pounds with both hands (hands are supinated)
~~I omitted Deads today bc my Hamstrings are killing me today~~I try to do them every 2nd or 3rd back day now, started doing them a couple months ago.
