Post workout intake while dieting...what works for you?

So what do you guys typically like to have following a workout while cutting fat? A whey isolate shake, a high protien low carb meal, all protien no carbs?
 
All macros are still accounted for. I've never dieted for a show but speaking to my trainer and he does and what is done is a meal and BCAAS. BCAAs are excellent for lower calories and he said that's what helps him.
 
This what I've been doing. Probably about 50% of my carbs for the day come post workout 25% at breakfast and the remaining 25% spread out through the rest of the day.
 
I always had to have a cup of veggies before and immediately after training when I was dieting. I needed them befoee just to get through my workout

I have 12 grams of sugar mid work out, then 20-30 post workout along with 50 grams whey. Then an hour later an egg white meal

Definitely some egg whites in the post workout meal (following they whey and simple carb shake). Love the full feeling I get from them.
