prob one of my favorite arm exercises in my workout....so when i was able to put the 45s on each side and do nice slow reps i was pretty happy....well i have been adding 10s with it and 5s once in a while....well the other day i did 45s on each side and 25s ....at first i had a few people looking at me like i was foolish...well i got off 3 nice slow reps...boy did i work for them but it felt great
