Well I have a new client on my hands, a female bodybuilder. This will be a first for me. We are aiming to do a show in June in MS. I met with her for the first time today and we went over alot of things. She does have great potential. Already has some great quads and calves. This will be a good test for me.

Goodluck bro. After my massive failure at the Southern States I'm apprehensive about offering advice to anyone. Everyones body is so different and those differences are a thousand times more pronounced with women. Is she all in or trying to maintain femininity?

Great question brutha! And the female needs to be honest with herself and her trainer. I know a chick that was competing in bodybuilding and she was getting shredded and looked realy good but did not want to sacrifice her femininity. So the people around her were very honest and said she should try competing in Physique. So after all her bodybuilding shows she finaly decided to try competing in womens Physique for the 1st time ever in the North America which just passed, and in her FIRST PHYSIQUE SHOW EVER SHE GOT HER PRO CARD!

So unless the female is commited to sacrificing her femininity then she has no shot at going pro or even doing all that well on a consistant basis. I just figured I would toss this story out there for any females reading this.

That's awesome man, it's always good to take on a new challenge and learn more about yourself and your abilities to help others change. I'm sure you're a strict coach, but honest and accurate.

Yeah she is all in and wants it, she is well aware of the drug side to it also. She is already to big and thick to do womens physique.

That is a great story. I have a lady in Atlanta that has been doing figure, but have talked her in to doing physique, as I think it will fit her alot better.

yeah its pretty crazy, i wasnt aware of the fact that you can switch from bodybuilding to physique like that even though u only qualified in bodybuilding. It worked to her benefit ofcourse but i think if you qualify in one you should have to compete in ONLY what you qualified in
