Probiotics are extremely beneficial, especially for nutrient delivery as you food is processed much better when using them. They are exceptionally beneficial to those with crohns or other gastrointestinal issues. People with intestinal problems will notice the biggest difference. They work well for high protein diets and nixing the gassy bloated feelings too... I feel they are beneficial, I take them regularly though I've never had intestinal issues and I swear I could digest concrete lol
