Well, I figure it's time to show some progress (guess I'll have to update the avatar, too). Had been a lean 207 after being on cycle, built mass but lost fat. I finally got a fix to my diet with help from my buddy (finally got him on the board—buckns), increased by roughly 2,000 calories so I'm getting 4,500-5,000 per day now. Been doing that for almost 2 weeks now, and last I checked a couple of days ago, I was a lean 213. Kind of strange to still be that lean while taking in 2,000+ calories extra per day. Starting to feel very big (though I'm nowhere near Nuk's size, lol, but it's big for me), and I can actually see it in the mirror now. If things go as planned, I hope to break 220 within another month which will be a first since the heaviest I've ever been was 215-217 and nowhere near as lean. I'm about 8-8.5% right now. Very excited for the future!
