Every workout day except leg day. If you can do cardio after leg day, you need to revise your leg day routine. :)
Hey 15% drop in BF in 3 months I don't think that's too shabby!
 
Keep on killing it, Brother! As a note, it gets harder and harder to lose the fat as your percentage gets lower and lower.
