No the glycerol in them can and usally does cause that so it prob wont go away.
The reason why I say not to rely on them is b/c they are easily broken down (40-45 minutes approx) and a solid take your body
(approx 90-100min). You want your body continuously working to fuel the furnace. It you have down times your body will slow down and I dont want that.
Also, you dont want to solely rely on them cause your body will have a difficult time breaking down solids if all you eat is liquids.
You also want your body to get protein from as mnay different sources as possible, steak, salmon, chicken, eggs, incomplete proteins from veggies for optimal growth.
