Well i missed a day early this week and tried to slam it together with a chest and back workout. it's exhausting. it was kind of nice having a pump on both sides of the body but after my chest sets i would do back and be majorly winded.
I've done it and it's not something I want to do on a regular basis because I don't really enjoy throwing up while lifting! :uhoh: It will wear your ass out that's no lie! Having your entire upper body pumped up is kind of cool though.
I think back in my early 20s I did a push pull program
Not as a body builder I steer clear of that to put more focus and concentration in one body part per day
But there's no doubt that you get a wicked pump when hitting both back and chest!!!!
