For the last couple weeks I've been doing 50 -100 pushups after my workouts... Is push ups every day going to hurt my chest from growing or should I only do push ups on chest and may be shoulder days.. I'm trying to get my inner chest to grow..:bench:
I used to do push ups and pull ups everyday for a period of probably 3-4 months and I never lost any strength or anything. I felt a lot better, but that could've been in my head
