When i say older i am refering to the members 35 and over. For those of you who are oer 35 is there any thing special youwould like to se here on Musclechemistry in the future. What I mean is there a special discussion forum you wouldmlike to see added to teh board. Give us some feed back I would like to start a forum specifically for you members oer 35. Make suggestions and I'll see what we can do. Thanks ....MdTNT

Im not 35 yet, but I'll be there soon.lol

Anyway, Im sure a longevity/anti-aging section would have some appeal.

This section can also include hormone replacement therapy, nutrition, excercise and HPTA recovery for the 35+ crowd.

Meatballs 45 she should put her 2 cents in.

I'm not sure how needed a forum like that would be. If you made the forum and it didn't work out, you could always remove it, right? HRT would be a big discussion for me IMO, but I don't know if there is anything else that really needs to be separate from what forums there are already.

This would be a section for members over 35 years old so it would only include discussion form those members...in time it may be a busy and valuable forum...who knows.

lets get one going called the "erection section" lol just kidding. im almost there...but i will cross that bridge when i come to it. say diet for age and excercises for age related.
I have seen some subjects like this: age 35 diet lean meats fish extra carbs and water
excercises: light aerobic, weight training 3-4 times a week, test stimulating workouts like deadlifts and or squats.

just an example ya know..ohh and i love penis

If your 35 and can't run with the pups here...........shit

Not to rag but why 35? Why not 65 and over. Are there really differant training techniques for someone 35 as opposed to 25? Just my 2 cents but I really don't think 35 is old enough to draw a line on like that. Maybe 18 and under or 55 and over.

to answer your question optimum....at 35 you have reached a level of maturity and growth that is beyond what most people under 35 can reach.....yes there are different training, dieting and even cycling methods....so if you really want to spout off something learn before you comment...not trying to be rude as you well know by now....thats never my intention but the answer to all of your questions are YES YES YES....35 is a general age cut off for loots of hormone changes and things start to work a little differently....now get ready to age young'n

When you get older JR you will learn to fight SMARTER not HARDER.
But yes certain biological changes start to occur around that age for men as well as women. Kinda like when your in your early teens and puberty hits.

As a male I would like to see a section for those that are in that age bracket and so some of the young whipper snappers can see what they have to look forward to. Prostate health, HPTA recovery just to name a few. Yea I'd like to see it happen.

I'm 31 and stronger than I've ever been, I've been natural for about 5 years now. My sex drive is still plain crazy and growth is great. If its ok I'll disagree about 35 being an age for "lots of hormone changes". I'd say my test levels are down only about 10% from age 21. My lifting diet includes the same stuff as it did 15 years ago. I think the reason the forums not like 55y.o. is because there won't be enough people to visit it, hence kicking the age down, down, down until a group emerges. I know your not rude and I don't take offense. 90% of the advice I get here is from people over 35 so another forum will just be more checking I'll have to do, I will have access to at least read it won't I? And if you don't cut off access you'll have a bunch of young guns posting away there. But if its the way of the people to start a new 35 y.o. forum, I'm all for giving people what they want. My advice wasn't asked for in the first place so I really have no business commenting about where information is shared here. If anything though a naturals forum would be 100 times more effective than a 35y.o. cycling forum as that diet and training style actually is different.

Ok I can see keeping the young bucks form postng in there, but I would love to be able to still view it...is that possible? I think an HRT forum is a great idea, provided I can read the post, lol.
