questions about fall cycle

I am currently planning on running some stuff in the fall but not sure what to take, I would like to take 6 weeks of D-bol (Naps) and Deca (QV300) then follow it with 2 weeks hcg, then go to six weeks of winny (Zambons) and something else but not sure what to add with the winny, I do have some tren. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also what about clomid therapy?
 
I would get some Test for that cycle. You have no test in your cycle. I would only run dbol for 4 weeks.

Winny and fina are kick ass together.

Clomid would start like 3 days after your cycle.
 
Right now I am running 1cc of Fina, 1cc of Prop(QV), and 1cc of Winny(QV100). I am 5'9" 165 guessing about 12-14% bodyfat, looking to put on some size for summer but really lean up. In the fall is when I want to add some mass. Goal is to be 180-185 at about 8-9%bodyfat. Should I be doing cardio on my off days?
 
165lbs @13% bf 143lbs lean 22lbs fat-current
180lbs @ 9% bf 164lbs lean 16lbs fat

By the #s you can see that you would need to add 21lbs of lean mass AND lose 6 lbs of fat-Very difficut to do at the same time-Not impossible just difficult-Next Cycle I would suggest:

Test prop wks 1-4/5 200 mg e/o/d
Test Eth wks 1-10/12 500mg wk
EQ wks 1-10/12 400/500 mg wk

When your current cycle is thru I suggest ECA/ Clen 2 wks on /off to cut down of the bf % for maybe 8/10 wks then start the next cycle. My .02

I'd like to know your calorie intake and macro break-outs before I open my mouth any further.

I'm with you LA-being a little PC for motivation sake.......lol
 
I have a lot of thinking to do. I never really broke it down. I am not looking to get huge, well not yet, just looking to put on lean mass and gain some muscle. Thanks for all of the input!!!!
 
If you're cutting, you should be doing cardio on your days off. The was a great cardio article posted a few days ago.

Make sure you get bf% down or you'll be like me and have to shed 7-8% bf to get down to 10% after your bulking cycle.
 
I just started doing cardio on my off days. I think I am going to follow the suggestions and get my bodyfat lower this summer and try to bulk up in the fall. I am running QV prop 1cc, QV Stan 100 1cc, and Tren 1oomg/cc EOD I am noticing A decrease in bodyfat already and an increase in strength, How long should I run the tren? I have 20cc total of Prop and Winny and 60cc of tren.
 
What's your diet look like?

I'm using prop/tren/winny and I'm up almost 30lbs with my bodyfat about .5% lower or so but I'm running the prop/tren for 12 weeks and winny for the last 5 weeks. I'm currently on week 8.
 
I have a difficult schedule at work, It is not a set schedule so eating has been somewhat difficult. I am trying to get some protein every three hours or so but as far as a set diet I do not have one. This is part of my problem, Any help would be appreciated.
