QV, Does It really stand for quality

What's the deal with all the things I keep hearing about QV? Has their quality really gone DOWN, have some of the products they carry been underdosed? Let me know what everybody has to say.

Also, Has anyone stacked Deca and Winny together before? I had some one ask me if that would be a great cycle and i didn't know what to tell him.

i have heard that QV is ok now and the problems were in the past but i prefer human gear..as deca and winni being a good cycle i would say know..first your dick would go limp from the absence of test and deca is a good bulker and winni is good for cuttin..add some test to that and run the winni at the end then you may be on to someting
