So I was planning on dieting a little, but for some reason I've been getting stronger in the past three months faster than I have in the past eight months combined so I've decided to keep the gains train going and not fuck up fast progress. I had my bf checked in submersion and I'm 9.5% and on calipers I'm 6% haha. I'm eating about 4500+ calories every day (but keeping carbs super low) although I'm sick as fuck right now and can hardly eat. But here's some recent lifts and stats:
behind the neck push press: 315x1
standing military press: 225x7
close grip bench: 365x1 paused, easy, and very fast (still rehabbing a bad elbow and messed up shoulders... goal is to peak this out to 405+)
deadlift: 605x1 beltless standing on a 45 lb plate (so a deficit)
squat (my worst lift): 500x1 super fast and easy (goal is to peak this out to 545 in the coming months)
My bodyweight is around 210 and my arms measured at 17 in, calves 17.5 in, and quads 26 in.
I'm going on 15 months natty other than trt and honestly pretty much every prohormone is looking like candy. I can't decide between high dosed havoc, alpha 1, or the DMZ 2.0. I also want to try halo extreme (hdrol clone - never tried hdrol). I think the next one I do though, I will do a detailed log (food, routine, ect) because since I've been clean this long, the rebound should be pretty insane.
Oh and if you think I'm a complete douche bag for posting my lifts like this, I will stop, but it is personally motivating for me to keep MC updated and it's always motivating when I see someone else's progress.
