Ok i know i am new here but i figured i would put my contest prep here.

test sust or test ethanate 750mg per week
eq 500mg per week
arimidex 1mg EOD for now
anavar 20mg morn 20mg nite

Cardio now should be 5 days empty stomach 40 min morn before meal 1

Diet for now

Meal 1 12 eggs whites 2oz cream of rice or 1/2 cup of oats
table spoon fish oil

Meal 2 10oz chx breast or 99% lean turkey breast or ground turkey 99% lean 8oz red potato
Meal 3 10oz white fish 1/2 cup brown rice w vegg
Meal 4 8oz lean steak salad with redwine vinegar 3oz avocado cucumber celery r all fine
Meal 5 10oz chx Breast 1 cup vegg 1oz almonds or raw cashews

PWO shake 50g protein with 1 table spoon of natural PB

Water min 1 gallon per day

this was set up for my by a pro friend of mine

my training split is as follows:

legs monday
chest/ abs tuesday
shoulders/ calves wednesday
abs thursday
back/ calves friday
arms saturday.


i am thinking of adding in a few peptides as well. will keep you poasted.

also will be adding in other aas as directed on amounts.

am adding in hgh this comming week also adding in tren and a few other things as advised. Had to order and wait for it to get in. will be posting pictures soon. Have to get some decent ones taken.
 
how long out do u drop the growth prior to the show brutha?

im curious on this to...I have been told everything from a few days to two weeks out. I seem to lose that fullness, if I drop it out to soon. I perfer to keep it in all the way to the very last week.

Had a crazy arm workout with my pro business partner today. Things going well. will be doing pics this comming weel and my current workout.
 
had some of the best training in a long time the past few days.

did arms as i said on sat
back and cardio sun
chest claves and abs monday

the sets and reps wer 4 sets reps 10-12

arms were
triceps
rope pushdowns
skull crushers
revere grip extendions
biceps
barbell curl
hammer curls
seated bicep machine


back
last pull downs
barbell rows ( smith machine)
seated one arm rows ( hammer strength)
seated rows with rope
pullovers on cable machine


chest
cable cross to warm up
flat dumbeell press
chest press ( hammer strenght)
incline flys dumbell
one more here but cant remember will post later.
cable cross different angles

did straight bar pushdowns 3 sets high reps and finished with 2-3 sets of rope pushdowns for burn sets.

seated and standing calf raises 3 sets 50 reps of each

everything was 4 sets 10-12 reps fairly heavy weight and controled form.
 
Ok latest update addign in the following as of monday

clen 40mcg 3 on 1 off
tren 300mg per week
t-3 25mcg every day
provirion 50mg

gh is 2 ius am and 2 ius pm

cardio is 6 days a weeks 40 mins 3.0 speed 10degree angle to start and finishing at 15 degrees.

changed 2 of my chicken meals to fish10oz for now will put current nutrition in later

whats up. pics comming the end of this week or early next. Trained last weekend ( labor day weekend) with my pro buddy. learned a few things . Some new workouts and a few other things i had never seen. Also adjusted cardio some. Stepping it up some now.
