I used to take this stuff a few years back and decided to give it a try again since they changed their formula for it. I must say that I love the blue raspberry they have now. I used to always buy the green apple, but I love the taste of the blue raspberry and now you only have to use 1 scoop compared to the 3 I used to have to use.

I use it as part of my pre and intra w/o drink with insulin.

Zeus, if you like blue raspberry flavoring, this stuff is amazing. I like the blue raspberry N.O. Xplode, but I could drink this stuff all day it tastes so good
