Seeing results on legs

I took that 15-20 reps to heart on my leg exercises, and it seems like I'm starting to see some results on my legs. Thanks to everyone who gave me advice. I'll post some pics after they've come along a little more.
 
im starting this as well gonna go no less then 15 on everything. good to hear your making good progress bro.

I've heard this from a few people. Do you do it on all leg exercises? Or just like squats, leg presses?
 
I've been trying to do it on all my exercises except deadlifts.
 
I have always found I get the most out of leg presses in the high rep range... I get such a pump and allows me to do each rep with strict form and gain an awesome contraction ... I tend to do 4 sets - 50 reps, 40, 30 20. off course you will have to reduce the weight but it does help a great deal compared to loading up the leg press with a tonne of weight and doing half reps like most guys do..
