On the incline today I got 315 for 1. Thats not a lot of weight to some but I'm happy and sore as hell on top of that.
 
I need to try barbell incline, bc on incline DBs I do more weight than flat, and on flat bench I got 315 for 2 like a couple months back (I never do barbell so its harder than it should be)
 
Its bouncing between 235 to 238, my goal is to be back at 250 or more. I'm 6'3" and need more size to fill out my frame.
I'm 6'3".. And I'm bouncing 255 - 260.. I just wish I could say over 260 for a couple weeks and go from there..:weight:
