im 6 weeks out and wanting to experiment with shitloading in the next few weeks. my physique is way more quality then its ever been, this will be my fifth year competing, so i want to try to push the envelope a little bit, plus hopefully by using T3 ill be able to consume more calories down the homestretch. just curious about what day to this on and what kind of foods, water, etc. how low should i have my carbs leading up to the "shitload"?
