i hurt my shoulder like 2 months ago at jujitsu and it still hurts...i can probly bench 205 for 8 when my pre injury bench was more like 225 for 10-12....who knows i can probly get the 225 but i dont want to press my luck......when i hurt it i fell straight down with my hands palm down by my chest and my elbows tucked to my sides ....but i fell at an angle and landed on my shoulder.....i did a little research and i seems that i sepparated my shouder?.....anyone else ever have a similar injury and how lond did it take to fully recover..........it seems like it is taking forever....thanks

Some heal in weeks and I have known others who complained for 4 years regarding shoulder injuries. In my belgian's case I am hoping for some relief via equibolan and Igf.

I've never seperated my shoulder, but I did hurt the muscle once badly by lifting too much doing my shoulder presses.

I had to lay off any type of excercise that involved my shoulders for 2 months.

Greyhound, I had a similar fate. I fell with some force. What I did was i pushed my shoulder toward my back. I ripped the tendens and legiment. I was benching 335 lbs. and dropped to 135 ibs. the week after my accident. Evertime I lifted it feel that my shoulder was being dislocated. I had a MRI done. The MRI revealed that I had done significant damage and need surgery to repair it. I am in my 7th month of rehab and it could take another 4 nonths. I just got back to lifting and I am up to 175 lbs.

I suggest seeing a doctor to find out the damage. Continuing to lift could produce more damage if there is any.
