Sick again........

Well shit, I am sick again with a bad cold or something and running high fever. I was wondering if you guys still work out when sick or take a couple days off. I tried to work out last night but after no-xplode and 3 cups of coffee I still couldn't get off the couch. I just feel so weak and all my gains that I have made lately seem to be dwendeling away, or at least that what it feels like. :crap:
 
Naww take it easy for a bit, if your running a high fever its not just a cold its something else, try to stay away from coffee and other stimulants they will just run your body down even further start pounding away some OJ or vit. C supp, and rest alot for the next couple days till the fever at least breaks, working out +fever is not good since your body will heat up even more so in the gym. Youll be well in no time play some xbox or something for a bit ;).
 
the flu now days is way crazier than before. I've never had to stop working out, little last spring. I got sick so bad i was in bed for 3 fing days.... And i never get sick.

shit- the wife and kids got swine flu and i didnt!

anyways, yeah, take it easy cause this stuff going around is like black plague.
 
Skinny1, make sure you keep hydrated. That's one reason you feel like your gains are going away, because your body is losing a lot of water to fight the cold/fever.
 
What about my gear should I cut back on it to? I am currently taking test sust., igf, and d-bol. I pretty sure I should keep on the test but should I still take d-bol and igf or just lower the dosage?
 
I wouldnt just keep the Test and inj's goiing can drop the dbol down a bit for the next few days if youd like but keep the test rolling.
 
Good idea, think I will just take it easy the rest of the week and maybe by Monday I will hopefully be back to normal.
