Hey guys it's been a while since I've been on here and I recently came up on an issue that is really bothering me and I hope someone can help me with it. I've been trying to loose some weight and get back into shape and all was going well until I noticed something one day. Looking at my calves I realized that my right soleus is MASSIVE compared to my left and I hate it. I know most say that a big soleus will help extend the calve from the from view but mine is so big that it makes my leg look like I have 2 calves stacked on top of each other and it really looks bad. I've always been blessed with decent calves but this makes my right calve look deformed. I was just wondering if there was a way to fix this? Also the inside of my calves are bigger than my outer parts of my calves and was wondering what exercises would help build my outer calves? Any help would be greatly appreciated
