Just a quick question here but I have a sore elbow that feels like I have athritic pain. It started tuesday during a bicep routine I have. Today I'm scheduled to work shoulders. Should I skip and take sat off as normal or just reduce weight and work through it. I'm thinking military presses are gonna make it worse. Also I'm just starting weight training here so I don't want to have a nagging injury or something that will interupt my routine.
