Sore Elbow

Just a quick question here but I have a sore elbow that feels like I have athritic pain. It started tuesday during a bicep routine I have. Today I'm scheduled to work shoulders. Should I skip and take sat off as normal or just reduce weight and work through it. I'm thinking military presses are gonna make it worse. Also I'm just starting weight training here so I don't want to have a nagging injury or something that will interupt my routine.
 
where is the pain in your elbow? Is it on the inside of your arm or on the outside? The 2 usual culprits for elbow pain are "tennis elbow" and the lesser seen "golfer's elbow" I've had them both and they are a bitch to heal. You should not lift until you can do so pain free. Start taking ibuprofen 400 - 600 mgs 2 or 3 times a day if your stomach can tolerate it and rest your arm for a few days. Work your legs, do some cardio and abs in the next few days and recover.

The pain is on the inside. So you think a coupla days should do it?
Can this be caused from to much weight or is it bad technique?
