Are there any exercises that hit the tricep muscle that is close to the elbow? I need to fill this muscle (and the top one) out more, but nothing I do seems to hit it. Most guys seem to have no problem filling out their triceps, but mine are exceptionally stubborn, I guess. You can see what I mean from my avatar. My biceps have no problem, but the triceps are very underdeveloped in size (not strength--I'm very strong in the triceps) comparatively speaking.
