LOL.. yeah, the tat is kinda dumb.

today is my cheat day!! thank god. I dont have any cravings, but body feels a little weak. Im hoping some extra cals/ carbs will make be feel better. Hitting legs today.. DEADS!

Tonight we have an extra hour at the bar cause of daylight savings... means i wont be getting home till about 5am.
 
Weight is still holding at 240. strange? i was loosing a pound a day for the first 20 days... then i hit a wall. Im still not real concerned with it. I have another month left- Im only half way done! Every time i look at the mirror, i look different. Its like the weight is moving around or something. Im feeling a bit fatigued. I took yesterday off from the gym. I didnt want to blast my legs and then have noodles all night at the bar. I had to work till 4am... so, it was a wise choice.
 
Norm, keep your carbs up, and add in fruits especially, and drink 2 gal of water daily. All this will help with the DNP and fat burning process. Its quite liver toxic, 3 week cycles of it should be used. I plan on 3 weeks on 3 weeks off, 2 weeks on two off, and then 1 week. My DNP is only 100mg. and I dont plan on ever going over 300. Best of luck.

thanks jc. Im actually looking forward to getting off the dnp. Couple more weeks bro, then im dropping it.

238 this morning! I blasted legs yesterday. Felt awesome. I f-ing love doing dead lifts!!

I checked the tape, waist is still at 40. Arms are still over 19 though.... so, thats not bad.



-tell you what. 235lbs and ill drop the dnp. I should be able to hit that this week.

a good friend of mine totally changed my mind on stopping the dnp.

His point was, now that im comfortable with the dnp, and it works well. Try increasing the carb intake even further. This way i can still burn fat and start putting on lean muscle/ start getting my strength back.

Im going to start with 300grams starting tomorrow. See how that does.

Thank god! I used to love cereal in the mornings.
 
its taking a few days for the carbs to kick in. I still feel very lethargic. I slept like 10 hours yesterday, the most i've slept in 2 weeks. Felt good, but i've been really groggy.

Bombed shoulders and traps yesterday.

going to carb up and hit back today. I plan on doing a million sets and beat the shit out of it.
 
the extra carbs are finally kicking in. Im feeling awesome...

not sure if its from the extra carbs or the creatine in dark matter, but im looking fuller, and weight is again at 240. Its not a bad thing, a dude i work with said i look bigger than i did last week... "how is that possible?"... lol. I told him about the carbs.

meal 1 cereal
meal 2 shake
pre workout: green monster energy drink
post workout: Dark matter
meal 3 norm's lean body meatloaf

been consistent with training. Yesterday i destroyed my back. today i did arms. I skipped cardio today though... felt like ass, and forgot my post workout drink at home.

Keep us updated norm, I'm interested into seeing how you do trying to put on size while on DNP. The science doesn't back it up, but some things just can't be explained. Wish you the best homie. Oh, and ygpm!
 
Thanks teed. My only alternative is to drop the dnp, then start trying to add more muscle while continuing to carb restrict (limiting intake to 100g). I have a feeling that this will be the new norm for me after this dnp cycle.

I figured i might as well test all the boundaries of dnp while im at it. I have found that while at 300 grams of carbs, my weight has stabilized. My workouts have improved. Im still quite fatigued though... Part of this is do to lack of solid sleep. Ever since i started working at the bar, my lethargy has increased 10x.
 
The fatigue part is definitely having to do with ur sleep bro....I too also notice if I dont get atleast a minimum of 6 hours I can't focus as well, strength drops and I feel 'out of it' throughout the day.....as teed said tho bro Im interested in seeing how the dnp works in relation to u trying to add some size....u may dispell the myth that u can't cut and bulk at the same time ;)
 
just start fucking everything in sight like you used too youll lose the fat :) jk brotha.
 
I lost another inch off my stomach. So im down to 39 inches. Trying to get my carbs back down from 300 to 200 grams now. Im 1 inch away from my lowest last year (38 inches).

checked my temp randomly yesterday 98.3

The only thing that has been a real pain in the ass is the lack of energy.
 
body weight down to 236 this morning. waist is at 39. Last year i was 230 at 38 inches. So its pretty close to last years measurements. only difference is my arms are still about 19.
 
234 this morning... im done with the dnp. Dropping it today. Mostly cause of body weight. I wont go below 230. But i have to honest- im really sick of the fatigue. I plan on staying on gear for the next 2 weeks, then tapering off for a nice rest. The carb diet will continue- I dont know if ill ever go back to eating very many carbs again.
 
wow... just dropping the dnp today i already feel a hell of a lot better. Strange, i know it stays in your system for 2 weeks. But i do feel great today.
