I went to a different gym with my buddy the other day. He's been out of the gym for a while and we're on different work schedules so he joined this other gym because he can go in at 6 in the morning and train before work and my gym doesn't open until 730 so he couldn't join it because he says he's too tired after work to train. So anyway, he was off on Friday and I went to his gym (health club) with him after I got off of work. They have a heated therapy pool, regular pool, steam room, all the cardio equipment you can think of (and lots of them) and all that bunch of stuff I normally don't use. Well anyway, after we got done training he wanted to go in the steam room to reduce soreness. I actually liked it, but not sure I'd want to do that everyday, do you guys think that it actually reduces soreness? Or does anyone go in one regularly?
