Summer is almost over. Has everyone achieved their goals?? Well, I wanted
to lean out a little but am actually a few lbs heaiver. Waist is still the same
so at least it didn't go there. Everyone else?? Come on, fess up!!

My summer doesn't start until I reach Guam here in a few weeks, and I've pretty much met my goals. Any kind of dieting now is purely experimental and extra. My "goal" is to maintain while I'm deployed, but I'm sure I'll probably find a away to get on while I'm there to put a little size on. Then again, a 4-6 month break would probably be beneficial.
 
jeez old man its "goals" not goles..maybe thats how it was spelt in the 1400s or whenever you were born but not today LMAO!!! anywho i have actually made more progress the last few weeks then the rest of the summer since i have been taking things more seriously..feels good..lost a good bit of muscle trying to make weight at one point but its coming back fast and i am stronger and leaner than ever

suuure now you change it LOL...for the last fight i dropped down to around 200 down from 215 had about 2 weeks to do it, sucked ass, lost some good muscle..i am thinking of staying around this weight for now maybe go as high as 220 but dont want to go to much higher, its a bitch to drop a ton of weight short notice..although if i need to take some time off to heal up some injuries i may just say fuck it and bulk LOL
 
I wanted to gain, and instead i lost, WTF? Oh well, I cant wait til nov/dec. when I can eat all day and sit!!
 
I didnt hit any goals this summer! Bad gear and delays in the new gear! Looking forward to winter now. I will be the guy wearing the T shirt at the club in December with a foot of snow on the ground! Lol!
 
Im still trying to cut since last year... haaa haa.. Hit a major wall. Added gear, already look leaner.
 
I wanted to gain, too, but the stupid blood tests my doc wanted to run cut that. I have three months now to do something, don't know if it will be long enough though before the next test.

test prop, nan pheynl,dbol...that cycle with some igf thrown in made me strong and damn big very fast..one of my favs...
 
I am happy with my first cycle. My strength went up substantially. I am pretty swole. I got used to stickin myself. I got acquainted with doggcrapp method. I got affiliated with the bros at Musclechemistry, and have gained some great info. Yes I am satisfied. Could I have done better, sure. But I am proud of what I have done, and like h8tred, I am ready for the winter cycle.
