supplements during workout?

Are you taking anything during your workout? supplements, food, etc...?

Or do you think its not worth it?
 
I don't think it's necessary to consume anything while training.. There's no difference in having somthung straight after training.. Your insulin levels would be at there peak after training so a shake directly after training would be beneficial.. During training Id say your asking to puke.. Especially while squatting or deadlifiting... Just my 2c
 
Same for me. LOVE my Chain'd Out! :)

steph and i are on the same page for that..Chained out is the best BCAA product out there...I go threw a container about every 10-14 days...(depend on on how many workouts I do, in that time) LOVE, that stuff...

Is MrPerfect using it to Steph...? where do you buy it at ? for a good price ? :thumbsup:
 
I think its good to drink ur ptorien shake during your workout, a protien / carb drink during workouts on days you use IGF preworkout
 
X3 for Chained Out. I tried Scivation Extend, but now I just use it in place of Crystal Light until it's gone.
 
the modern bcaa's from the same company that makes "jack3d" is pretty good too.

I drink a glutamine, creating, bcaa mix on the way to the gym and it lasts sometimes up to half way through my workout. but not alot of carbs or calories to make me cramp up.
