syringe laws by state

I used to go to Wal Mart and buy syringes at the pharmacy...They'd always look at me weird like I was a drug addict and shooting heroin, but they can't ask any questions to my knowledge

I use to go to this pharmacy years ago in this redneck town and tell them it was for my horse lol it work for a while till I got alot bigger and they stopped selling them to me...

Yeah many states allow you to go to a pharmacy and buy pins. Oregon is one of them I'm pretty sure Washington is too. They have to many junkies there they pretty much have to have an open policy

Legal here where I live, there's no specific law against them. Pharmacies however, don't like to sell the larger 3ml ones without a good reason though I don't know why. Insulin syringes are no problem. You just tell them you're diabetic and you're on your way, lol.

I buy them online now because I don't want to deal with the hassle of getting them locally, but it was convenient.

We have needle exchange places all over our city (Sydney)
They give you as many free syringes, barrels and alcohol swabs you want. What ever size u need.. I got a box of 100 23's and 100 21's for free.. They set up these stations to ensure people are using clean pins and not sharing.. I suppose they realize people Are going to us no matter what so might aswell make it a little safer for them...
