I recently have been taking in a lot of calories in an attempt to get gaining, but I only gained for a short period, and then suddenly I lost weight. I've lost a total of 10 lbs now, and I don't understand how that's possible when I'm taking in 1,000 calories more than I was taking in. Is there something wrong? I've been trying to pinpoint something that could be the culprit, but other than stress (which I don't think should cause that bad of a weight loss), I don't know what's going on. I always feel hot and burning like my metabolism is going nuts. How do I slow it down?

It could be a nutritional absorbition issue. Stress will do part of it but it could be a low grade infection in the gastro-intestional track infection which is creating an asborition issue. it also depends where those 1000 cals are comming from. I would first start with a probiotic 2 for 3 meals every day and then add in a digestive enzyme 1 with each meal. if that doesn't work then let me know you could have a bacterial or virus. i have a great protocal to handle that.

I suffer from the same exact thing. I sweat when I brush my teeth.... I hate it. If my metabolism would slow down a tiny bit, the weight would stick a little better to me....

If you figure it out bro, let me know

Digestive enzymes as mentioned are a commonly overlooked part of a bodybuilders regimen. I take them with my calorie dense meals. What about your strength bro?? Are you getting stronger? Sometimes I find that my weight will stay the same, but my strength will increase. I can only assume I'm getting more dense because I get comments in the gym about how much muscle I'm putting on while rebounding yet my weight has changed very little.

I have increased in strength last week, but I do notice a slight decrease in size right now, so I will have to find out if I lost any strength today.
