First of all I'd like to thank all the pro bodybuilders here for helping me decide not to take steroids, I came so close to buying it but you guys helped me realize that's not result I want. And because I am not old enough(19).

I've realize although its impossible to gain 30 lbs of muscle in 3 months it is possible to gain 30 lbs of weight which will do for me at the moment. But this troubles me. I've been roaming around this forum calculating things and I realized with in 3 months if I take in the 4000 calorie bodybuilding diet with my metabolism and my lifting efforts I should be at least 25 pounds heavier. Now I know for sure that that 25 lbs is not all muscle, but I want to know if it it is mostly fat and will I accumulate it in my mid section? I don't want huge mid section. Or will this fat be distributed evenly throughout my body making me look bigger not so much on my mid section. Pros I need your advice again.

Also I've made my 4000 calorie diet calendar for the week already and I've calculated the cost and its within my budget, so I think I can pull the diet part. Now I don't know how to deal with the family support. My family are huge critics, I'm pretty sure they will not give me a break and keep telling me I'm wasting my time and money. How do I deal with that? I'm thinking like putting my 4000 calorie in 6 different Tupperware everyday and kinda keeping it in the fridge. what do you think?

Tell your family that if they can't support you in trying to achieve your goals then they can go to hell! I've gained nearly 25 pounds since July and it is distributed all over. My chest and shoulders are thicker, my legs are bigger, my mid-section is thicker but not in a flabby way like you are worried about, even my face is fuller. As long as you are lifting as hard as you are eating, you'll be okay.

The best advice I can give is not to really talk to anyone about it. if you are asked, kinda blow it off or redirect the conversation.

trying to explain it (to most people) is a waste of time. They just don't get it. LOTS of haters out there. Many your friends and family when it comes to this.
