45 min first thing in the morning. Heart rate above 115-120

Should I drink BCAA's since it's so long? I've got a ton, when would you incorporate them? My preworkout drink has them already, not sure how much though.

When would you drink them given an unlimited amount? Also I very much appreciate the honest help. Also my upper body / torso comes in MUCH faster than my legs and especially hams and glutes. I'll keep posting and I would appreciate as much honest critique as possible. I don't want to get up onstage and not be at my best. I can't control who shows up, but I know conditioning is always going to win out.
