Turns out my timeline was off. Anyway I think I'll get the striations I'm hoping for in time for the show. These were taken this morning on an empty stomach after 50 minutes of cardio. What do you think?

Still need some work on the posing, but I'm working on it 3-4 times a week.

Dude, you look fantastic. Your going to stand out up there cause you have a physique like none other. The striations are there, stop critiquing yourself so hard. Your looking slamming brother!

Damn you got some ugly feet. Cover up them rock crushers...

Looking good man. Keep going.

quads look the best Ive seen on you all the sudden. Getting hard too. Your one hard working mofo for sure

You look great and certainly have made HUGE improvements in just the last couple weeks and you're still 5 weeks out, you'll be fine brother, you'll definitely stand out and will be striated

looking good bro! at 4 weeks you could be maybe a little dryer but thats not to say there isnt enough time bro!!! Leave yourself some time to to do some short load runs if possible but again looking realy good bro

I wish I was down your way, not only would the weather be better, but I would have a kick ass training partner. As for the pics, I think you look good, but again like I said in previous post from the 5 week out pics. Be super careful not to drop cals to much. You look pretty flat in these pics (again this isnt always a bad thing) but if you stay flat to long, you will lose mass for sure. So remember to up your cals someway every 5th to 6 day. (fats or carbs, I perfer to do it with carbs) ..I would like to see some pics when you have some carbs in ya. To see if more seperation comes out, from the carbs pushing the muscle out. So next pics do it after a carb up day...

That would be awesome! I've been thinking the same thing about the constant flatness. High carb days are only 200. I'm thinking of doing one of my high carb days out of the week for the next two weeks and upping it to 300g. Maybe wheat pasta. My only concern is I really want to get the little fat from my lower back and hams and glutes. The guy doing my diet has me starting to carb up the Thurs prior to the show, but Sun - Wed is only 25g of carbs.
I'm still taking some things that are going to cause a little water retention and haven't upped my Adex yet. 3 weeks out I change almost everything and should really dry up. I can say that since I upped my IGF to 250mcg pre w/o I've been looking pretty sick when I get a pump.
I'm also thinking that if I get where I want a little early it gives me time to try a few things.
As far as muscle loss, I'm still very strong, I just have no gas in the tank lol.

Compared to my last pics I think I look much smaller and flatter and only a little leaner. My body is responding very differently now than it was just a month ago although nothing in my diet, training, or drugs has really changed.

Yea, but you're adding in more cuts so it almost is deceiving. You look good now, but the next couple weeks are really going to be key in how the last 2 go
